Basic Coaching

Your Basic Coaching Package is far from basic. Your dedicated coach is on hand to help you with unlimited written communication and a face to face internet meeting or phone call every month to make sure we get to know you and cater for your needs.

You will be supported every step of the way towards your goals and beyond.

Your package includes:

• Premium TrainingPeaks Athlete Account, paid for by us;

• Initial consultation and training history review;

• Individualised training plan tailored to your goals and needs;

• Unlimited written communication via email, text/WhatsApp and workout comments;

• Phone/Zoom calls monthly;

• Up to 2 training plan updates per month; and

• Reviews of your key workouts with feedback 3 to 5 times per week.

There is no minimum commitment and you can cancel or change packages at any time.
